I’ve known Tyler Pontes since he was a young boy but I’ve never been in need of his services until now. So I have to give a shout out to him and his company that came to my rescue today. I had an urgent need to take care of mowing two rental properties that are adjoined and a deadline that I could not find anyone to meet due to all the rain. Tyler himself came out today after I’m sure already a long week and workday on his own and knocked it all down in less than an hour. I am so impressed. I’ve always known that they have done good work since I’ve known his parents as well, but you can tell the caliber of the company based on the character of its leaders. So thrilled we found this company! I can't say enough great things about Lee, Tyler and Landscape Improvements, Inc. Our community has gone through several landscape companies since we have lived here, which is 9 years. This is the first company that has done what they said they were going to do. They are excellent! Our first appointment with Lee, he not only showed up on time, but arrived early. That in itself was refreshing. He did a walk and talk with our Beautification Committee so we could show him what are needs were, and what was expected. Lee was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable after answering all of our questions. After he left, we had more questions for him in the upcoming days and when I called him, he almost always picked up right away and if he didn't, he called back usually within 5 minutes. He is prompt, excellent work and responsive! We are absolutely ecstatic that we found them....I just wished we would have found out about them 9 years ago. It would have saved us a lot of frustration. HIGHLY recommend this company!

We are so happy we chose Landscape Improvements to transform our entire yard! Tyler initially met with us and saw our vision and suggested ideas as well. He is a true visionary and passionate about his job. We wanted a water feature in the backyard. He made sure to place it where it could be seen optimally from the inside of the house as well as from the screened in patio. He was also very intentional with the lighting placements in the front yard and backyard. During the day we feel like we're at a park and in the evening we feel like we're at a resort! Landscape Improvements is a one stop shop! It's refreshing that they do it all!!! From design, install, irrigation, lighting, pavers, water features, flowerbeds, AND they will continue with monthly maintenance and quarterly flowerbed updates. Tyler, Lee and their entire team are hard workers, courteous, passionate and professional! We highly recommend Landscape Improvements!!!
